Stability, Smoothness, and Shrinkage Control—Engineered to Last
As part of our integrated manufacturing process, we perform in-house fabric compacting to ensure every meter of fabric meets the highest standards for dimensional stability, smoothness, and soft hand feel. We use state-of-the-art tubular and open-width compacting machines from Tubetex USA Lafer and Ferraro from Italy we are the pioneers in compacting process.
This step is crucial for delivering high-performance garments—especially intimate wear where fabric shrinkage or distortion is unacceptable.
By controlling this process in-house, we ensure tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and perfectly finished fabrics ready for cutting and stitching.
What Is Compacting?
Compacting is a mechanical process applied to knitted fabrics that minimizes shrinkage and improves surface finish. It aligns and compresses the fabric fibers, eliminating tension and ensuring dimensional stability.
For underwear fabrics, compacting ensures:

Why It Matters for Your Brand
Compacted fabrics allow brands to:

Shrinkage Guarantee
We target residual shrinkage below 3%, meeting the quality expectations of leading global brands. Every fabric batch undergoes shrinkage and dimensional stability testing before shipment.
